    Dextrose

    Im not trying to cut, Should I still be throwing dextrose in my post workout shake? Im avoid all other sugar

    This is just the tip of the iceberg.
    But basically, there is no reason for dextrose. Stupid and unhealthy.
    The whole topic/debate has been beaten to death, and I tend to side with the big boys Nark, Pinn, Bino, Nova, etc..

    This is what i have always heard as well? And wouldnt Whey, bannana and oats be too much carbs PWO?

    Maybe at little more than 1/2 cup.

    One cup I believe is 50 grams carbs.

    I'd go with a sweet potato over oats... 200g = 232 cals and 54 carbs
    For oats, 1 cup or 80g is 54 carbs, 300 cals, 6g fat, 10g protein
