    Chicken Liver

could anyone tell me what the "stats" are for chicken liver. Protein, carbs and fats. Also what the amino profile is when compared to chicken meat (i mean, if it has less or incomplete aminos). What is the best way to cook them?

The thing is, liver is a lot cheaper than chicken meat, and i also love the taste of chicken liver, while i can;t stand chicken taste.
    Thanks

    Protein 24.36g per 100g
    Carb: 0.88g per 100g
    Fat: 5.45g per 100g

Just look up anything else you want on the "A very usefull link when planning....." It's a link to the USDA's database.

That was cooked (raw liver??? ewwww!)

USDA is Unites States Department of Agriculture.

They have a nifty nutrients database at
