best shake 2
From what info I have gathered from everyone it sounds that in a no carb diet a lot of fat is very necessary. So that leads to my next question, are there any shakes with a lot of protein as well as fat? And also, i would appreciate it if someone could give me some suggestions as to what a day would look like meal wise. Thanks

I'm not sure about one with alot of fat, but ISO-PURE has it with no carbs. My average day looks like this:
6am
3 eggs (2 whites, 1 whole)
1 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cup skim milk
9am
2 chicken breasts
1 cup rice or baked potatoe
1/2 cup mixed veggies
12pm
1 turkey breast sandwich only mustard
1 can tuna
1 apple or grapes
3pm
2 chicken breasts
1 cup rice or baked potatoe
1/2 cup mixed veggies
6pm
dinner- whatever the wife cooks
usually lean red meat, or fish, veggies, or lean ground chuck, potatoes
7:30pm

9pm
post workout shake w/ 1cup oatmeal
10:30/11pm
2-3 cups milk
3am
<a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a> shake
this is the norm unless I'm dieting down.
