I was wondering if anyone out there knows where I can get a chart or a list of (everday type) of foods that show me there nutritional value...

I am going to be implementing R-ala into my diet... and I know if u dont take enuff carbs when taking R-ala you could possibly feel light headed and pass out (reason is cuz that it can clear literally all your blood sugar out,leaving you feeling hypoglycemic.).

well I wanna avoid passing out (lol)

So i would like to put together a nice list of different foods out there that have a nice amount of carbs in it.

so I can change it up a bit (ya know)
