    Cool Hello to you all!

    I am new to this board, but am literally on every other major board out there. I came by to introduce myself after getting encouragement from a great many of you to do so.

    Nice to finally "see" everyone here. Whackthebid and his wife 1hipchick (who is also on my program) have told me this is a wonderful board, and that I should sign up as it's a nice location. No flaming, no children, just a lot of good information and friendly interaction.

    I have helped them with their diets (it's my career) and changing their lives, and that makes me very happy. It's what I do all over the Net, so check around boards like Elite (diet board), GotFina.com (diet board/physique critique) AnaSci, AnaParadise, BBX, etc.........

    Hello to you all. Thanks for having me here. Any diet related issues that you are unsure of, please ask away as I am more than willing to help!
