Chicken Liver
could anyone tell me what the "stats" are for chicken liver. Protein, carbs and fats. Also what the amino profile is when compared to chicken meat (i mean, if it has less or incomplete aminos). What is the best way to cook them?
The thing is, liver is a lot cheaper than chicken meat, and i also love the taste of chicken liver, while i can;t stand chicken taste.

Carb: 0.88g per 100g
Fat: 5.45g per 100g

is that raw liver or cooked liver?

That was cooked (raw liver??? ewwww!)
USDA is Unites States Department of Agriculture.

I love liver too. But i prefere beef livers over chicken livers anyday. Yumm, beef liver and onions
