Flax Seed Oil Fat to Energy???
does it really metabolize fat into usable energy???
i know it's chock full of omega 3 fatty acids but does it really help you cut?

Omega 3's and 6's are good essential fats that you obtain from your diet. They are fat - but Omega 3's are shown to be very healthy and you need to get them from your diet (cold water fish) or from a supplement (flax seeds). You need a certain balance of Omega 3's to Omega 6's and the typical diet is severly lacking in 3's. Except for those lucky Norwegians that sit around and chew on Salmon like Americans put down Burgers...
You are thinking about MCT's - which are Medium Chain Triglcerides from cocunut and palm oil. MCT's provide a lot of energy (9 calories per gram vs 4 from carbs and pro) and can not be stored as fat because once they are burned, the rest is simply pissed out as Ketones. So you ge a huge calorie source that won't get stored.
