    if.......

u are going to have carbs at your first meal, a good choice is oatmeal.
Not the flavored crap, the real oatmeal.

Egg whites and oatmeal is the old standard for bodybuilding, and a very good one.

My breakfast consists of 1 cup oatmeal, and 3 eggs(2 whites, 1 whole) and 1 1/2 cup skim milk. So far it's been working well. I will increase the eggs as needed.

    Is correct?Why???

Anytime you eat a carb with a protein (or a fat) you will effectively lower the GI of that carb. With COLAZIONE you CAN eat a high GI carb as at this time your blood sugar levels are low from your overnight fast. This is similar to your post workout feeding where high GI carbs are actually preferential in order to quickly refill glycogen stores and lower cortisol.
