    Unhappy Need Diet Help

    I've been working out for about 16 months now and have been bulking up.I started out 135 lbs standing at 5"9.Bodyfat was probably around 14 or 15. I had no definition at all and was pretty skinny even at 14 per. bodyfat.Skinny with a tummy Well right now I am roughly 195 lbs with bodyfat close if not 20 per. bodyfat.I gained a lot of mass and a lot of weight too fast.Im not ready to cut just yet but do not want to put on another pound of fat.Please help me with a simple diet which will enable me to put on quality lean muscle..Thanks

    cut back the red meats stick to chicken and fish but keep your protein high. also you might want to use different carbs instead of regular potatoes eat sweet potatoes or yams. oatmeal is good to for fiber. definately less red meat and less yoaks from eggs.

    I think a trip to the dentist would be my first thought, then work on the body!

    What do you eat now? How old are you? Do you do any cardio? Based on what you are currently doing it may only need a miinor modification.

    Beenie im 19 and do no cardio at all.I dont really wanna lose weight right now so maybe a little cardio?? Ok as for my diet:
    10:30 a.m.-1 cup of oats/bannana 3 egg whites and one whole egg
    1:30 p.m.-Varies..Usually white rice with some form of meat/1 cup of yogurt
    4:30 p.m.- Varies/Subway sometimes or White rice with black beans and chicken breast
    7:30 p.m.-Chicken breast sandwich on whole wheat bread or ham spread sandwich
    9:30 p.m.-Whatever mom makes Rice or pasta with again some form of meat
    12:15 a.m.- Same as dinner/1 cup of cottage cheese with pineapple or peaches
    (I sometimes throw canned octopus in a meal or two.) 1 Gallon of water/day

    The thing is I took weight gainer the whole time i've been hitting the weights and I ate a lot of peanut butter sandwiches so all the fat that I have now is from all that eating I did to gain 60 lbs.

    Dont get caught up in the Bulk phase bro... Eat clean, dont over eat..
    get lean and make your slow steady gains through whole foods.
    Too many get caught up going from skinny to fat.
