Lets say that one reaches their desired goal(non-competitive). 195 with abs. Can one maintain that by eatting the same amount of calories a day. I.e. 2400. Centering around basically, an isocal?

If one has reached their goal , I would hope he kept a journal along the way of reaching that goal ... You need to learn your body . You need to see what gets you lean and what doesnt ... Those notes are invaluable .. Once that has been accomplished you can maintain that weight and stay lean following your intuitive eating regimen.
