800 cals 16 Gs proetin 98 Carbs
3 scoops protein
300 cals 66 Gs protein 6 Carbs
2 cups of whole milk
240 cals 16 Gs protein 24 Carbs

Total= 1340 Cals, 98 gs protein, 128 carbs.....
