    egg whites make me gip

    what can i chuck in my egg whites in the morning, im drinkin 5 a morn, when the stuff goes down i gip each time, somone told me to mix with milk but with all the sugars and fats im not keen, any idea towards just making them more drinkable?

    any sugestions as for drinking? its a up and out for me usually, i just want to be able to neck them and straigh out of the door

    nope, on the pro side yes, but also have whole meal bread for my carbs.

    ive had the same prob with drinking them.....i was drinking 6 egg whites....ive started to cook them with one full egg.....

    try adding a bit splenda...give it abit of a sweet taste....or maybe add a scoop of whey powder....

    Try mixing them with protein powder?

    I used to have a problem drinking them too but I think it was just the weird color and thickness (assuming you're drinking store bought, pasteurized whites). Once I stopped and thought about it, I realized they don't really taste like anything. I just pretend I'm drinking whole milk.
