    How do you like this

I am starting a keto diet, tell me what you think about my daily intake:

Wakeup- 3 whole eggs and two strips of bacon and some flax oil
snack- 8 small cubes of cheddar cheese(no carbs)
lunch- large breast of chicken and 2 pieches of italian sausage
    snack-pork rinds
    lift and 20-30 min cardio
low carb isopure shake(3 grams carb, 2 fiber)
dinner- 2 cans tuna with mayo(no carbs) and some flax

may start doing my cardio in the mornings and I am taking 2 ripped fuels before my workouts to get me through it since i will probably be getting lightheaded. I will also alternate hambugers with no bun for lunch.

Let me know what you diesel freaks think

By the way I am 6'4 238 pretty good shape, I played 2 years of minor league baseball. I am a naturall big dude, guessing body fat is between 15-20%.

    Peace

what do you want to know?? it looks ok as in you are within your limits but i would first work out maintenance then make sure your calories add up to you that, 70% should come from fat 30% from protein, not sure from your weight it looks like you are not eating enough without adding it all up

    peace

although your foods may be low in carbs, some are high in Glycemic Index(GI) which would cause an insulin meaning your body will retain more fat. Make sure you get some bcaas, l-glutamine, and multivitamins and good luck.
