    Eq

    what kind of diet would i need to get cut my entire body up using EQ
    .I have been eating like a horse all protien tho .and carbs.i want to get my stomahc shreded up to pls let me know

    How about posting your stats and an example of your diet adn then maybe we can help you out some.
