HI, I was just wondering when on a high protein diet, such as the ATKINS DIET, and you're about to do some weight training, is it ok to just have a high protein-no carbs meal...also, what is best post workout meal to have.
I was thinking a protein shake before and post workout.
Also, When your about to do cardio, does the same apply?

I've never done the atkin's diet so I might be off a bit but I would have to say protein shake before and directly after your workouts. As for cardio I would say just after. As for your diet while training and using the atkin's diet I can't help ya there.
