Question about bulking and low BF

    6'
    150lbs
    5-6% BF

So I've started working more on bulking for a first cycle (I realize I have a ways to go) and I've got a questionabout my BF that obviously has a chance of altering my diet.

Should I stick with a leaner diet and put on clean weight or should I up the fats a bit to get my BF ratio up a bit?

I ask not because I want it to go up but because I want to make sure the level its at will be good when I finally do a cycle or if I should focus on bringing it up a bit. I realize its probably going to go up a bit as I put on weight I just want to make sure I keep it at an ideal level.

    Thanks for any input!

    !

Just by adding fats in place of carbs will not make you gain bodyfat! Im taking in 60% fat in my diet at the moment and im not fat i,m also using it for a cutting cycle.

    What are your goals?...TOP

Assuming your taking in healthy sources of fat: Cold water fish, EVOO ect.

Staying away from saturated fats and trans fats Right?

Well right now my goal is bulking and preperation for my first cycle.

My goal after my first cycle is to see moderate gains and get a strong grasp on how my body will respond to test.

Goals after a second cycle are just bulking and gains as usual. I have no plans of looking like any sort of bodybuilder.

After all is said and done (never actually done) I would like to maintain a lean and cut figure.

how old are you? if you're young then you don't need AAS, you can achieve your goal naturally...

Like I said I've got some time beforeI reach a weight where I would run a cycle anyway.

Once I reach 190 or so lbs I'll decide if AAS is right for me or not.

I'll have to take some time when I get home to type out my diet. So far I'm just kinda winging it. I know this isn't a very exact method but I'm pretty mundfull of what I'm eating. If anything I'm actually taking on too many calories and my BF is going to hit the roof anyway. My biggest issue with my diet is I'm still eating too late at night. At times it will be 10 or 11 p.m. and there I'll be making myself another full meal.

bro I get up 2 times during the night to eat, sometimes it is steak. seriously you need diet. many misconceptions I can tell. If I had to tell you one meal to never skip, it would be before bed.

Sweet glad to hear I don't need to cut out my late night eating. Is it just an issue for those who are trying to watch how much weight they put on?

Well then its lucky for me I don't even like sweets. I honestly feel sick to my stomach after two cookies... Though I've kept away from stuff like that since 14.
