    Why Cardio before breakfast?

Why do you guys believe that it is better to do cardio before breakfast? Why wouldn't you want to do cardio late at night or in the afternoon?

    Here is one last question.....
I wrestle everynight from 7-9pm monday-friday. What do you guys think I should take or eat after my training late at night,So I don't gain weight & helps me recover?

    Thanks

Your muscle glycogen levels are very low and your body uses fat for energy in a nutshell. But on the other hand, right when you wake up, your body is in a catabolic state which is the breaking down of protein. People just wanna lose "weight" whether it be water, protein, or fat. If you wanna keep as much muscle as possible you don't need to do cardio, just eat 6-10 meals a day and eat 500 calories below maintenance.

Dont be mistaken that cardio makes you lose muscle !!!! Cardio is essential to a muscular and healthy body ... I would rather suggest you eat that extra 300-500 calories a day a burn them off with a bit of cardio as well !!!
