    maintaining muscle qs

    i need to lose 20 lbs of body fat as quick as possible.if im losing 2lbs per week how do i know how much of that is fat loss?if im maintaining poundage when i work out am i keeping all my muscle mass??

    At first it will be fat and water, but if your diets lacking, then eventually it will start eating muscle too.
