    Question warrior diet

    has anyone used the warrior diet while juicin. Or is it better to just eat.

    I don't want to seem ignorant... but I really don't understand how that could work. Would the body not be tricked into thinking it's being starved and store any carbohydrates as fat and burn the protein for energy?
