    suggestions please

I wanna start off by thanking the board...two years ago when i came on i was an ill-informed jackass. I am now a more knowlegable jackass.

    Here are my goals...
I started out at 13%, using the diet im now at about 10-11% in 3 or 4 weeks( i was eating horribly during the season). I've gained strength and ripped up considerably. I'm supping with glutamine and creatine and will start xenadrine soon.) And 40 minutes of cardio x2-3 weekly. I cheat once every 2 wks.

    My meals:
    Breakfast-
    1 cup dry oatmeal (300 cals, 6g fat, 10g pro, 54g carbs)
    1 cup fat-free milk (90 cals, 0g fat, 9g pro, 13g carbs)

    Post Workout-
    2 scoops optimum whey (220 cals, 4g fat, 44g pro, 4g carbs)
    in 1/2 cup fat-free milk (45 cals, 0g fat, 4.5g pro, 6.5g carbs)
Some simple carbohydrates, looking into dextrose-need some definitive info on that too please.( I read the posts but still need to know how it should be used while cutting)

    Meals 2,3,4, or 5-
2 slices whole grain bread (180 cals, 3g fat, 8g pro, 36g carbs)
    5oz can tuna (350 cals, 3.5g fat, 46 pro, 0g carbs)
    OR
2 slices whole grain bread (180 cals, 3g fat, 8g pro, 36g carbs)
    Fat free smoked turkey breast
    OR
    8 egg whites (? cals, 0g fat, 48g pro, 0g carbs)
    OR
    1 scoops optimum whey (110cals, 2gfat, 22g pro, 2g carbs)
    in 1/2 cup fat-free milk (45 cals, 0g fat, 4.5g pro, 6.5g carbs)

    Snack- Beef Jerky

    Bedtime-
    1 cup fat-free cottage cheese (160 cals, 0g fat, 30g pro, 10g carbs)

So i end up with 6 meals with those combinations. Again i just wanna thank the board for your combined knowledge i owe you guys a great season.

Doesn't that jerky throw you on the water wagon? If I even look at beef jerky I put on 5lbs of water.
