As of now my stats are 5'8" 226lbs 20% bf, I'm planing on going back into the Marines this august and I need to make my weight standards which are 180 max for my height. my main focus is to drop as much bf as I can while still maintaining a bit of my strength. My training at the momment consist of a lot of running around 2 miles a day of hard running and around 1 mile of walking mon-fri. I only lift weights on thursdays, but I do my military workouts 3 days a week with my own bodyweight. I came down from 238lbs 3 weeks ago but I can tell the cardio is killing my muscle size as well as the fat. I have some clen and t3 but I'm waiting untill I get around 200lbs before I add those in. My diet isn't the worst but isn't the best either. This is what it looks like now,

Meal1 bagel and 2 scoops of whey
Meal2 protien bar
Meal3 1 cup of cottage cheese, half a cup of fruit
Meal4 8oz of chicken breast
Workout/run
Meal5 shake
Meal6. 8oz of chicken breast

Also I can throw some AAS in the mix when the bf% is low enuff?

Any advice?
