Do you think adding fish to my diet would be good?

I am 11 egg whites 1 whole egg, 1 shake 50g a day i lean 8oz steak ed and 8oz of chicken ed and was thinking of adding fish instead of more chicken. Do you think i will notice anything different by adding fish? will my body respond any different?

Good sources come from fish, also it would be a change in taste. Other than seeing a night and day difference from changing one protein source to another, highly unlikely. But if it does let me know ill buy stock in salmon! LOL

There is salmon and poisoned salmon.
Look for wild salmon from Alaska mostly and avoid the one coming from the Atlantic Ocean.

    2. The less fatty veins the better.
    3. While cooking, no fat must come out from the salmon on the pan.

it's called an acquired allergy, but you would have to eat a singular protein source for quite a while for that to happen

I think adding fish would be much more of an advantage than a disadvantage in any diet..
-Good source of fat and EFA's
    -Good source of Protein
    -Tastes amazing!!

And BJJ thanks for this input about better quality salmon I will be watching .. Just don't understand why you suddently considered this thread not sereous?

    I agree,

the toxicity issues with salmon and other fish is somewhat over stated. Certainly eating salmon for every meal day in and day out could potentially lead to some toxicity issues. However the risk vs benefit is far more favored towards the benefit side. If you can get wild salmon and it doesnt break the budget of course go for that. However a couple servings a week of fish is not going to kill you.

thats what i was thinking. thanks for all the input guys. I can get a great deal on sushi grade salmon per pound at this Asian store like ten mins from my house. Would be great to add something to the chicken/eggs/steak routine.

Salmon or any other fish is very very easy to cook.. much easier to cook trough compared to steak which very often needs more heat, cooking, oil, effort in general.. go fish
