Thread: 6 meals

Im on the keto diet, and i was wondering if u can't make all 6 of the meals and say i do 4, is that bad since it won't be speeing up matabolism? Its really hard to eat when u have school, than work all the time. THanx

To me 6 meals is a must but i have heard o people only having 2 meals on Keot and doing good, however it would not be my recomendation...XXLSOURCE CHECKS ONLY FOR USERS WITH OVER 100 POSTS.

The more the meals, the more effecient the metabolism. IMO, it would be best if you could eat every hour in smaller portions but of course time constraints prevent this.
I get 6-8 meals a day depending on schedule but never less than 6.
If you start cutting meals, the metabolism slows, and you have to do some carefull manipulation to prevent fat gain once you start eating more for gians.

These guys are right, 6-8 meals a day. If I go any longer than 2-3 hours without eating I get miserable. I actually get stomach pains if I go any longer than 3 hours.
