turkey is leaner and has more protein per calories and is usually less in sodium.

Turkey is better no question, i read somewhere that pork it the worst meat for human consumption, it has alot of bacteria and all sorts of other weird stuff in it.

one thing to keep in mind though is that if the turkey breast is a cold cut then it can have just as much sodium and additives than the ham....overall boar's head is the best for cold cuts if you have to choose....however if you have not much of an option definitely go with the turkey.

You can take the turkey slices home in a ziplock back and rinse em off before you eat them. Or you can just go to another dorm, as they may have better food
