    Diet Plan Bro's Plz Take A Look!!

    hey bro's this is the plan that my bro Ronny the Bull is using for his cycle, and im doing 750 sust for 8 weeks now....with winny from weeks 6 to 11....50 mg ed.....how does this look? i know it needs a bit of work, but let me know what u guys think, what should be subtracted, what should be added....any helpful insight would be awsome broS! thanks

    oh yeah ps bro's in 20 years old, 6'0, 205 pounds, 17 % body fat....im lookin to lose a % or 2 of body fat, and gain 15 to 20 pounds of solid muscle....could u structure this for me?

    Is Udo oil Omega 3 or 6? Or is it a combo of both. Besides the EFA's it looks good!

    Udo's is a blend of 3's, 6's and 9's

    I think you are going to make some silly gains with this plan. But at 17% BF I would think you can cut out some of those carbs that you have involved. Don't get me wrong I love my whole wheat breads and stuff ut maybe just tone it down a little. But either way I'd say u r going to get jacked. And do cardio 4x a week if you don't cut back that should help....

    If you really want to lose a few pounds or at least not gain any fat, I'd replace the bread, bagels, and pasta with oats, sweet potatoes, and brown rice. Watch the carb count on the milk and pasta sauce as well.
