    diet q?

    Just a couple questions about the low carb diet. I would like to get cut up for summer and was thinking about reducing carbs but Im unsure about the amount of carbs to eat. Today I ate and drank.
    breakfast
    4 eggs
    3 sausage links
    water

    lunch
    turkey and ham sandwhich with mustard (wheat bread)
    6 oz gatorade

    snack
    turkey and ham

    work out

    dinner
    3 chicken breasts
    bowl of chili
    apple

    snack bowl of chili

    before bed
    protein shake

    I wasnt really sure if the chilli had carbs but I dont think it does. Or atleast not very many

    today carbs about 100? protein 250? not sure on cals
    What can I eat that will give me some more fiber??
    Should i eat most of my carbs after I work out??

    I would say for fiber you can eat oats (oatmeal -real kind). And after your workout I would use a shake for carbs and protein.

    chili.......

    is horrible for your purpose, and beans do have fiber but are very high in carbs.........

    Nix that chili..................also, I bet the fat content on that chili was high as shit, unless u got some fat free shit on purpose, and that tastes like ass.

    Swolecat is right. Unless you make your own chilli, your eating the canned kind which has a daily potion of sodium in one serving, about 20g of carbs and at least 10g of fat. That right there is perfect for fat building.

    Take out the suasage links in the morning and replace with egg whites or a chicken breast.

    Is that turkey and ham your eating deli meat? If so, stop eating it. Deli meats are loaded with sodium and starches. You need fresh cuts of the bird(or pig)

    I don't know how much you weigh or your height, but that looks like a diet to put you in starvation mode. Which basically means your metabolism is going to slow way down, your body will start holding your fat and burning you muscle

    Thanks for all the replys... Im kinda new to the game. Could someone please tell me how many carbs/protein/fat to eat each day. I would like to loose some serious bf%. Also maybe how many calories I should consume...thanks in advance.
