    Crit my cutting diet please!

    I am on a get shredded for spring break plan. Can you please crit my diet people. Any help I would appreciate. I am 6'2, about 208. I wanna get down to 195. This has been my diet for about 4 weeks now. I am going to add some hydroxycut into the mix starting next week. I have been doing 3 days of cardio for about 25 minutes. I am upping it to about 27 mins for 4 days soon. Should I be eating more? Less?

    9am-
    5 egg whites
    1 Egg
    2 servings of oatmeal w one cup of skim milk
    1 apple
    Multivitamin
    hmb
    ectovone
    glutamine 5gs

    1130am-Pre Workout
    One serving of oatmeal
    40 g of protein through whey protein
    1 banana

    130pm-Post workout shake
    22 g's of protein
    glutamine 5gs

    230-
    6 Egg whites
    Half a bowl of fat free cottage cheese
    two servings of total cereal
    a bowl of mixed veggies
    Hmb
    Ectavone

    530-
    Salmon steak (about 1 lb)
    Green beans (2 servings)


    830
    Nitrotech bar


    1130
    35 g protein through whey protein
    cup of skim milk
    vitamins c and e
    5g's of glutamine

    IMO, I would deff get rid of the banna and apple, also the cereal. Also the skim milk, dairy will make you retain water. were u had the cereal just eat more veggies instead, and for the milk use water.

    yeah, i would cut back on the fruit and have helf the serving of the oatmeal. also, spend a day counting the calories from fat carbs and protein to see how many total calories you are eating. you need a number to work with, so you know if you are restricting calories enough. its a bitch but i think its essential.

    thanks alot Keightly and Steele.....this is my fixed one...I am trying to get in 2200-2500 cals a day....you guys think thats too much?....tell me what you think. thanks for all the help !
    Heres my traning split if you guys wanna take a look too-I do 3 lifts for each body part, resting 2 minutes on the first exercise, 90 secs on the second, and 1 minute on the third
    Monday-run 26 mins inthe am, night chest and bi's
    Tuesday-Quads, calves, abs
    Weds-Abs and Running for 25 minutes
    Thursday-Shoulders, tris, Bicycle (circuit traning for 24 mins)
    Friday-Chest and forearms and abs
    Saturday-Back, hamstrings, abs and circuit train 25 mins on stair master

    9am-
    5 egg whites
    1 Egg
    3/4 cup of oatmeal
    1 apple
    Multivitamin
    hmb
    ectovone
    glutamine 5gs

    1130am-Pre Workout
    One serving of oatmeal
    40 g of protein through whey protein


    130pm-Post workout shake

    glutamine 5gs

    I would dump the fruit, cereal, and milk. I wouldn't use the corn due to sugar. I would stick with green veggies and add some flax oil to your diet.

    and for your Hydroxycut, dont even consider it

    create your own ECA stack (Ephederine - caffeine - Aspirin)
    Ephedrine you can get at 25mg/tab, caffeine - 200 mg and Aspirin is anywhere from 325 to 650 mg.... I prefer 650

    you need to take one tab earlier in the day like 1 hr before workout between meals and one stack later on in the day, it will boost your metabolism...

    i got my brother on this stack and he NEVER really ate before, and now after two weeks, he eats proper meals and not fat at all
