Before Asking for Help on a Diet, READ!!
Please, before you post a help on what to eat and what have you help yourself by doing at least the following.
1. Give us your height, weight, BF%
2. Gives us the diet that you eat currently....if you don't know, take a day or two to count the calories and macros
3. Find your maintenance calorie level, that is, the calories you need to eat per day to maintain weight. www.exrx.net has a good calorie calculator and there are a zillion more on the net.
4. Be prepared to stick to a diet, we want to help you and you need to help yourself. Don't give up on a diet because after one week you didn't drop those 5 lbs. Losing fat takes time, along with the fact that you are trying to also preserve lean muscle mass. Remember, you should be losing 1lb-1.5lb of fat per week. Stick with the diet, or else you are wasting your time and our time.
