    Before Asking for Help on a Diet, READ!!

    Please, before you post a help on what to eat and what have you help yourself by doing at least the following.

    1. Give us your height, weight, BF%

    2. Gives us the diet that you eat currently....if you don't know, take a day or two to count the calories and macros

    3. Find your maintenance calorie level, that is, the calories you need to eat per day to maintain weight. www.exrx.net has a good calorie calculator and there are a zillion more on the net.

    4. Be prepared to stick to a diet, we want to help you and you need to help yourself. Don't give up on a diet because after one week you didn't drop those 5 lbs. Losing fat takes time, along with the fact that you are trying to also preserve lean muscle mass. Remember, you should be losing 1lb-1.5lb of fat per week. Stick with the diet, or else you are wasting your time and our time.

    also........

    if you get a response from a reputable mod/vet/whatever, don't question the living shit out of it, tear it apart, analyze it, find out what electronic metamorphical electrical icon energy it contains, then come up with a sample diet only to have it resemble absolutely nothing that was said.................and also substituting your own favorites over what was presented...........when someone says flax oil, that does NOT translate into oatmeal..............

    Yeah the Big Dan / Swolecat diet thread was a very long read...but Swolecat definitely knows his stuff...If you get advice you Swolecat, it is good as gold!!

    Keep it simple, 1.5grams of protein per lean pounds, 2-3 grams carbs (depending on goals) Fat 10-20% of total kcal content each day (again depending on goals).

    Eat clean protein sources, chicken, tuna, salmon, lean mince, egg whites, high quality protein supplement.

    Carbs, brown rice, oats, sweet potatoes, wholemeal pasta etc

    Fats, EFA containing Omega 3 and 6, Flax seen oil etc, Udo's Choice.

    Eat six even size meals each day, so using the criteria above find the total carbs and protein for the day and divide into six. eat every 2-3 hours.

    If is simple your consistant, through consistancy comes progress.
