Anyone got a example of what to eat on a normal day while cutting? I plan on doing 30 min. of weights 3-4 times a week with 30-40 min. of cardio 5-6 times a week.

9AM
-1/2 cup of oatmeal
-protein shake
11am
-natural pb 1tbsp
-can of tuna
-serving of carrots
-1/2 cup of oatmeal or brown rice
2pm post workout
-cup of grape juice if i dont have dextrose
-protein shake
3pm
-chicken breast
-serving of celery
-protein shake
6pm
-1/2cup of oatmeal or brown rice
-1 tbsp of natural pb
-can of tuna
-serving of carrots
8pm
-chicken breast
-1tbsp of natural pb
-serving of broccoli
10pm
-protein shake or can of tuna
12-1am
-Night time protein shake
Total: ~2200 calories
~275g of protein
~40-50g of fat
~140-160g of carbs
That was my cutting diet.
You should always eat clean whether bulking or cutting, the only difference in bulking and cutting diet is amount of calories.
Here my cutting diet prob alittle more strict then ur looking for
8am
6oz turkey breast 1 scoop protien shake
10am
protien bar (nitro tech or designer whey)
1pm 6oz grilled chicken salad with a dab of fat free dressing
4pm Protein bar (nitro tech or designer whey) (pre workout)
530pm workout
630-7pm post work out shake
30min-60min later
8pmcan of tuna fish with salad or egg whites
(before bed) 1 1/2 scoop of time release designer why and sugar free jello
