    Dont have dextrose so would this work ok?

    for post workout meal simple carb: grape juice,orange juice,bananas, any kind of Fruit beverages to replave glycogen stores in muscles trained?
    Also is protein a huge factor post workout for restoring glycogen? Or is it mainly simple carbs to be concerned with?

    You need protein for protein synthesis
    You need the simple carbs to flush the protein

    If you can't get dextrose. Use 2 Tblspns of Honey.

    Or you go the MRP route and pick up something like Isopure packets which have malto-dextrose and will do fine
