DIET GURUS - I need help - look at this
here is my new diet. i wanna cut fat and after workout get some more carbs to get some muscle gains.
- cardio 35 min after waking up on emty stomach
MEAL1: eggs + flex seed oil+ 1 apple
MEAL2: tuna + flex seed oil+ 1 apple
MEAL 3: protein shake + 1 apple
MEAL 4 pre workout: chicken breast + 1 apple or oat meal
POST WORKOUT MEAL 5: 43 grams protein (shake) + 90 grams dextrose
MEAL6: chicken breast 43 gr of protein + brown rice (about 90 grams of crabs)
sleep.
please comment my diet
