    DIET GURUS - I need help - look at this

    here is my new diet. i wanna cut fat and after workout get some more carbs to get some muscle gains.

    - cardio 35 min after waking up on emty stomach

    MEAL1: eggs + flex seed oil+ 1 apple
    MEAL2: tuna + flex seed oil+ 1 apple
    MEAL 3: protein shake + 1 apple
    MEAL 4 pre workout: chicken breast + 1 apple or oat meal
    POST WORKOUT MEAL 5: 43 grams protein (shake) + 90 grams dextrose
    MEAL6: chicken breast 43 gr of protein + brown rice (about 90 grams of crabs)

    sleep.

    please comment my diet

    meal 1: drop flax keep a couple of egg yolks for fat and drop apple add dry oats
    meal 2: drop apple
    meal 3: <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a></a>shake add flax
    meal 4 chicken breasts and whole grain oats again( only 20-30 grams carbs this meal no need for more then that)
    meal 5: looks good I would drop dextrose down to 70 grams though imo
    meal 6: (this meal is 1-2 hours after postworkout meal.....drop what you are eating in half ........chicken breasts that equals 30 grams <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a></a> and brown rice equal 35 grams carbs
    meal 7: <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a></a> shake......

    FKITLETSGO, how can you give adivice with no stats that guy could be 6"1 230 and be way under eating, At any rate, you're probably under eating. post stats please.

    im 205 5'11 bf around 15%

    The stats that I suggested for were 5'11 220 pounds just like he posted previously a few days or weeks ago. I simply just did some research and found his stats!

    Meal 1. 7 whole eggs 1/4 cup dry oats 1 hour after cardio
    Meal 2. Tuna Fish possibly slice whole wheat bread
    Meal 3. chicken breast and brown rice
    meal 4. (post workout) 40 grams protein 70 grams dextrose
    Meal 5 ( 1 hr after post workout) 1 chicken breasts and 20 grams carbs from brown rice
    Meal 6. Protein drink or egg whites (no fat needed in this meal)
    Meal 7 Protein drink/chicken breasts/egg whites/turkey breast meat/extra lean ground beef ect. ect. just make sure its a lean source of protein.
