    Sweet Potato - How many carbs

    How many carbs are in 4oz sweet potato. The diet section of this page shows 40x SP = 14 carbs. HOWEVER, most other sites show it around 27-28. I am currently dieting for show, and this is crucial.

    Any help appreciated..
