    6 meals

Im currently eating basically either a chicken breast, egg whites, or tuna supposedly for 6 meals a day. The 1st one in the morning i don't have time to eat. Would it be better to just stop and get like an egg mcmuffin rather than eat nothing for the first meal? Cuz i know eating 6 meals is to speed up matabolism. ANd if i miss meals, arnt i kinda defeating the purpose???

Yes you definately need something in the morning bro, missing breakfast is a metabolism slower big time.

You can't wake up 20 min. early?

If I find my self running late , I just throw a cup of oatmeal in a shaker with 2 soops of protein. It's a little over 500 cals with a good carb up to provide energy for the morning

I would stay away from all fast food. It's just a bad habbit to get into.

pre-make all your food- like pheedno said if your running late, it is not like you can not eat a cold chicken breast on the way to where ever. eggs only take a minute to cook in the morning any ways. be creative and you will not miss. if I think I am going to be out I take a cooler with food or whatever my diet requires, shit I walk into class with a big cooler of food and a gallon of water--think I care!! my diet is what is important to me and my timed eating habits.

Yep, figure out something that you have time for. Protein shake, hard boiled egg whites, apple...SOMETHING...don't ruin your day with no meal or some crap like an egg mcmuffin. I always have a RTD shake in the fridge for last minute emergencies...maybe that'll work for ya.

You also need some complex carbs in the morning for the kind of eating program that you are talking about. So get you some Myoplex Deluxe Protein. You can add water or a combo of nonfat milk and water...shake it real well and drink it on the go. They are very good tasting...comes in Chocolate, Vanilla Creme and Strawberry...all good tasting. That will get you a decent start..mucho better than having nothing.

Either get up a bit earlier or like stated already, take a couple of scoops of protein, 1 cup of oats and blend it with water and viola.....breakfast is ready...in ......about.....2-3 minutes!

Their are a lot of diff. seasonings you can put on it for taste.

They have several no-salt seaonings( I have an all-purpose and a lemon pepper that I really like)
Of course you could slap some tony's on it.
Their are several no-salt fajita seasonings that you could put on.

Also, if your eating a meal containing only proteins and fats. Pick up some Paul Newmans Cesar Dressing. It needs to be newman's because his contains good fats instead of those creamy ones.
I'll toss alittle of that lemon pepper seasoning on the chicken while its grilling, then brush 2-Tblspns worth of the caesar on it after it's done cooking.

in a pan ( cut into small pcs ) coating it with " butter " flavored PAM cooking spray
    or
with onions and " blackened " fish seasonings

Place chicken breast on grill, sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper, Mrs.Dash, than drizzle with tabasco sauce. Cooks up great, put more tobasco on after cooking if desired.
