ok... 7th day in my first metabolic diet... seems that it's working. i'll go ahead till friday (10days no carb) and then i'll recharge carbs on sat and sun (and then again with 5+2 cycle)

just a question. i feel a little (little) - don't know how to define it - "heart stress". nothing to worry about but it's unusual. is it ok? do i need to do anything?

actually, i have 6 meals a day with few carbs just in the morning, after 50mins cardio. suggestions?
