can someone pleas explain to me about glyceamc index
I heard it is good to eat low glyceamic foods when cutting? I thought complex carbs were good to eat but I heard sme are hi-glyceamic. Can someone please explain what GLYCEAMIC is about?

Carbohydrate foods that breakdown quickly during digestion have the highest glycemic indexes. Their blood sugar response is fast and high. Carbohydrates that breakdown slowly, releasing glucose gradually into the blood stream, have low glycemic indexes.
Proteins and fats also have low glycemic indexes.
