Thats pretty... rough.
But most guys who give good advice on dieting (I'm not one) will ask you to add up the protein, carbs, fat and calories for each meal and daily total. As well as your BMR and TDEE. So there's some good advice, post that info and someone will help you out.

Breakfast needs more protein. 9am snack needs more protein. I prefer about 60g carbs in my whey shake pwo. Subway is an ok choice if you are forced to eat out. Id add more solid protein for the 11pm snack.

Thanks for your input.
According to my math...
thats 294g of protein a day....
not sure about the carbs or fat
Im 6g short of 1.5 gram per lb of body weight...
When I start the cycle, how much should I raise my intake to...?
yes, I am a bit less concerned with my carbs intake...and even less concerned about fat. The energy is there, and if not, I can sip on a sports drink during my workout.
