I have a 2 scoop of desinger whey time release protein shake with water and a sugar free jello, my meal before that is a decent size salad with a 4oz chicken breast and a tiny bit of fat free dressing for some taste. Drink a diet coke or pepsi closer to bed time it will really help cravings

This in no way is appealing, but for me i drink a carton of egg whites. I then take some melatonin so that i pass a out, and not wake up since i will want to eat!

i take 50g of protein powder (~40g protein), which is a blend of proteins for slow digestions, namely whey, casein, egg and some soy. i mix that with 1 tablespoon of flax oil and then 2-3 tablespoons of water, mix it up so that it becomes very thick (because so little water is used) until smooth and you have an awesome protein pudding

Well usually a protein shake, or 2cups of milk, or tuna, chicken, or my favorite, egg white omlette, with hot sauce and onions!

6 egg white omlette, plain. Or 1 cup cottage cheese with one cup tuna mixed in. If I'm real lazy, a shake made with fat free milk.

If i go to bed with only my last meal of the day 12oz fish at 8:30 thats fine but i get hungry at night and i will eat turky or something. Maybe 2 oz when i find the fridge at 1 am! But if i stay up later then 10:30 i will have a protein drink with water. Usually about 35g pro.

Some fat free yogurt, but the only real flovor they make it in is strawberry. Gettin real tired of it. Can't stand vanilla or plain. Little bit of tuna too. Oh yeh does anybody know if the aspertane in like equal or diet coke help with cravings? I hear about it but never seen any research.
