Diet for girlfriend?

my girlfriend wants to lose 6kg or around 12lbs. Tried to help her out but nothing has seemed to work. I myself have no trouble losing when i am cutting down but its been very difficult for her.

Any advise guys?

She is 5'4" 23 years old, but wont tell me her weight :o

She does cardio whenever i train but i dont think she is doing enough. Currently she does 20mins walking on the treadmill followed by 10mins on the bike. 3-4 times a week.

the intensity of her cardio is very important and the time of day she does it and when her last meal was etc etc have a look at that thread and then let us know any questions!

She has to really want to lose weight only she can do it!

I know but some woman say they want to lose weight but their heart isnt in it thats mainly what you meant! ;)

yeah sometimes i think she isn't trying hard enough, but its hard to say because everyone is different.

She has my support so hopefully she can reach her goals

SHe joined a group with here sister, she has gone from 165 pounds at 5 feet tall to 132 pounds now, we bough some tae bo tapes and i train here 2 times a week on weights.

I admit that i have to push here and it gets boring but when she gets results she says it was all worth wild.

Now she is eating healty and doing here cardio 4-5 times a week.

Seems to be working fine.

i am proud of here even if sometimes i have to push here a little bite to train, but hey man she is the best thing that could have happened in my life.

She likes pro wrestling and has a thing for RVD heheheh

she wants me to wrestle wish i will get back at in january

and she loves to play resident evil games so i found the jackpot.

ms. figure is totally right..she could be doing 3 hours of cardio a day but if she is just going though the motions nothing is going to happen.

Is she cheating on her meals and not telling you. Because she doesn't want you to get upset..that could be another reason.
