What do you do when you feel your gonna cheat late at night
Just a question to see what all of you do here when that hunger attack kicks in late at night. For all of you that know what I'm talking about, what do you do to prevent it? Right now I'm starting my low carb/cal diet slowly for summer and cut back on a lot, and feel like binging late at night. Wanted to know what you people do.

Tell my wife I'm going out with the guys and?????? oh you mean food? I do like warrior said and drink a shit load of water. Works like a charm;)
