    Body Fat Question

    Im 5'6" 177lbs and 16% body fat. Can someone help me figure out,if I went on a diet, how much I would weigh at 8%bf.
    Im not sure of the formula to figure out ones LEAN BODY MASS.

    You have 28.32 lbs of fat on you. You would weigh about 149lbs at zero percent. At 14.16 lbs of fat you (163 lbs BW) would be at about 8 percent. Lose about 14 pounds of fat to reach 8 percent.
