    Advice on my girlfriends depleating diet for comp

    Hey every1

    My girlfriend is competing in a sports/fitness model comp in 1.5 weeks for the first time and I would like to know if this depleting diet is what she needs or should we be changing it up closer to the comp. She is natural so no cutting compounds etc.

    Feed back from a female that has experianced it would be great but imput from anyone with genuine knowledge would be appreciated.

    She has been paying a personal trainer who is on a pro level in Aus in physique but recently stopped using her due to financial commitments and all she left her with was a depleting diet to use up untill the day of the comp.

    Her stats are as follows and the diet she was on and is on untill the comp are as follows.


    Stats as @ 1/07/2010 (12 weeks out)

    Age: 21

    Height: 160cm

    Weight: 64.8KG

    Body Fat%: 30.6%

    Muscle Mass: 26.8KG

    Fat Mass: 18.6KG


    Below is the diet I was on for 10 weeks.

    LOW CARB MEAL PLAN

    MEAL #1
    4 EGG WHITES
    1 WHOLE EGG
    80g. CHICKEN BREAST

    MEAL #2
    80g TUNA OR 80g CHICKEN
    1 CUP BROCOLLI

    MEAL #3
    80G CHICKEN OR TUNA
    1 CUP BROCOLLI


    MEAL #4
    80G. TUNA
    2 CUPS LETTUCE

    MEAL #5
    80G. CHICKEN OR TUNA
    1 CUP GREEN BEANS

    MEAL #6
    80G TUNA OR CHICKIEN
    2 CUPS GREEN BEANS

    HIGH CARB MEAL PLAN

    MEAL #1
    4 EGG WHITES
    1/2 CUP OATMEAL

    MEAL #2
    80G. Tuna
    4 OZ. SWEET POTATO
    1 CUP BROCOLLI

    MEAL #3
    80G CHICKEN OR TUNA
    1 CUP LETTUCE

    MEAL #4
    80G CHICKEN OR TUNA
    2 CUPS LETTUCE
    1 GRANNY SMITH APPLE

    MEAL #5
    80G. CHICKEN BREAST
    50G SWEET POTATO
    1 CUP BROCOLLI

    MEAL #6
    80G. CHICKEN OR TUNA
    2 CUPS GREEN BEANS OR BROCCILE
    ***2 LOW DAYS FOLLOWED BY 1 HIGH DAY THEN REPEAT***

    Stats: As @ 22/09/10 (1 & half weeks out)
    Age: 22

    Height: 160cm
    Weight: 53.5KG

    Body Fat%: 19.8%

    Muscle Mass: 24.8KG

    Fat Mass: 10.6kg



    Below is the diet I have been on the passed week. Depleting diet up untill comp
    MEAL #1
    40 grms oats
    4 egg whites

    MEAL #2
    40grms oats
    4 egg whites

    MEAL #3
    80grm Chicken or Veal
    Large salad or 150grm Green beans, broccoli

    MEAL #4
    Small Banana
    Protein Shake
    (have a shake after training as well)

    MEAL #5
    100grms Tuna
    Large salad

    MEAL #4
    4 egg whites
