    Eggs everyday??

    Now I know it won't hurt to eat egg whites everyday, but latley I have been reading its ok to add some yolks. I eat about 10 eggs a day and thats only egg whites. Just the past week I have been adding 2 or 3 egg yolks a day. Is this good?

    FYI I am trying to cut right now.

    i am ten weeks out from competition and i have two egg whites for every whole egg, so basically it depends on your metabolism, your fat intake goals and over all calorie consumption. atleast a yolk makes you feel full.

    You should be ok depending on your metabolism and cholesterol numbers.

    yeah, thats kinda what i ws thinking. i have a really fast metobilism so i am consuming alittle more fats the usual. getting lean so far, Bro!

    fats......

    are fine for you, just watch the carbs many tend to mix with them.

    There is a time, purpose, and place for all of the macros.

    I eat 10 egg whites every morning....with only 2 yokes.

    That is good bro, keep doing what you are doing until the progress seems to slow or stop. Then something needs to be changed, this is the fun part, figuring what it is.
