Last meal is optional I will eat the jelly and cream but just leave out the eggs sometimes due to the fact i dont feel hungy on this diet and eggs make me sick on this diet, i am aiming for between 1650 and 1800 kals per day

1 Anavar 20mg daily in 2 doses ( to avoid any muscle loss )
2 Fat burner (nyc or xen) 1 per day ( for energy before gym )
3 T3 10mcg per day ( just to aid fat loss or stop thyroid slowing)
4 Fibre ( to avoid constipation )
5 Multivitamins ( no vitamins in this diet )
6 Bromo 2.5mg daily in 2 doses( somewhere by lyle mcd it helps )
7 proviron 50mg daily in 2 doses ( just cos i want to add it )
Starting weight about 225
Yesterday was first day I felt ok, didnt have any problems sticking to the diet however a few times I was thinking about eating carbs without even realising i was on a diet.
Some people suggest you can eat some carbs on this diet and supplement with ala I prefer to stick to 0 carbs or as little as possible due to the fact I am extreme and dont want to be wondering what it is that is keeping me out of ketosis. I have ordered some ketosticks will keep you updated with how its going.
Went to gym this morning, all weights I start with higher reps lighter weight and drop down in reps and go up in weight to failure last set.
Flat bench 4 sets
Incline dumbells 4 sets
Standing cables 4 sets
Pec Deck 4 sets
Cardio 30 mins, bike and cross trainer
I didnt feel to bad but strength was down a little and stamina down for sure, my heart rate was very high on cardio probably due to the fact that i havent took stimulants for ages.
Temper was up today and i was a little irrational in answering some emails but stimulants for me are the worst for doing that worse than juice for sure. I felt a little weird but apart from that no problems ill edit this tonight my time if i need to if not ill be back tomorow, i wont weigh myself so often though, prefer to go off who i feel and the mirror, any questions feel free to add.
