Help Tweek my diet? Pa Pa Pump says eat big :)

Here is my diet I wrote up real fast. Give any advise or suggestions you'd like.

Going to gain as much possible size as I can while keeping out fats and sugars.

    Meal 1

    2 cups Oats
    2 cups Skim Milk
    ¼ cup Raisins
    Shake
    Calories: 1480 Protein: 84 Carbohydrates: 175 Fat: 32

    Meal 2
    8 Oz Chicken
    Cup Brown Rice
    Cup Cottage Cheese (Fat Free)
    Calories: 770 Protein: 80 Carbohydrates: 60 Fat: 13

    Meal 3

    2 Sweet Potatoes
    Shake
    Jell-O Cup (sugar free)
    Calories: 1140 Protein: 58 Carbohydrates: 153 Fat: 21

    Meal 4
    2 Tuna Sandwiches (Rye Bread)
    2 cups Skim Milk
    Calories: 650 Protein: 96 Carbohydrates: 30 Fat: 4

    Meal 5
    9 oz Lean Steak
    1 Cup Seamed Veggies
    1 Cup Cottage Cheese

    Calories: 610 Protein: 101 Carbohydrates: 118 Fat: 12

    Total

    Calories: 4650 Protein: 419 Carbohydrates: 536 Fat: 82

My shakes consist of Penut butter (natural), Protien Poweder, Skim Milk and fat free condensed milk.

I don't think I'll be able to finish all meals the first few days, but I definatly feel I will be able to in a few days of practice

    I did that today.

I did not drink a shake in the morning w/ my Oats but instead had 3 hard boiled eggs and then 2 more with my sandwiches in meal #3.

I also am cutting out penut butter from my shakes because that is where 40 grams of fat are comming from. I'm adding a banana instead.

Looks nice but you may be getting too much protien with some of your meals. 100 grams of protien at one sitting might be too much. The tuna sandwiches... try to split them up into two meals. Bring the cottage cheese from the last meal to a late night snack.

    PapaPump is right... eat big!

If there is anyway possible, maybe get one more meal in...BUT DO NOT increase calories..Leave the calories at 4650 where it is, but instead, make one meal into....maybe the meal that has 100g of protein, make it two meals with 50...

    Now stop reading...and GO EAT!

Don't count the protein from weak sources such as the minscule protein in breads, pastas(unless protein enriched), oats, or rice...they aren't complete proteins and IMO...don't count...PLUS, that gives me an extra ounce or two of my STEAK to chomp down on...

You say you want to keep out the fats and sugar, right?

    ¼ cup Raisins: all sugar

Shake: how much sugar is in this? look for sucrose, fructose, ploydextrose, in the ingrients. If it has more than 5g of carboheydrate in per serving its sugur you are ingesting)

    2 Sweet Potatoes: mostly sugar

I thought the rest of what was on there was consistent with what you said you were trying to do.

I just noticed you say you goal is for fast gains, so maybe the sugar is not as bad for you as all that. Its just you said u want to cut out all the sugar.

I would up the protien intake. more meat, fish poltry.

A lot of people will tell me I am wrong, but I do low carb. My rule is, I eat when I am hungry and I dont when I am not. Nothing planned out. It makes it pretty easy. For me it works and I am never hungryand my bf doesnt go up. When building up I eat A LOT: Way more then anything you are taking about here. When I am trying to cut I eat much less. But I never allow myself to be hungry.
