    Dieting on Clen

I'm just curious what kind of diet I should be following if I were to start taking Clen . I want to be able to get the full affect of the drug while also maintaining muscle gain.

    I appreciate the help guys.

along with what ufc asked. do you know what your BMR and TDEE is? (maintenance calories) Do you know how to calculate them? Hows your cardio? Hours per week?

My main goal is weightloss to make these nice abs appear once more.

    My Former Diet Included:

Meal 1: 6 egg whites and 1/4(dry) cup of oatmeal Increase to 1/2 cup
Meal 2: 1 Large Banana and 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter This meal is sugar and fat. Make it lean protein, low GI carb. Example: 6 oz. chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 3: 6oz Chicken or Tilapia, 1/4(cooked) cup of brown rice, and 1 or 1 1/2 cup of greens Not sure when you work out but I think you can safely remove the negligible rice portion and just do pro/fat. A tablespoon of olive oil on the greens or 18 almond kernels.
Meal 4: 1 1/2 cup of Greens with Protein Shake (40g) with Amino Acids and Juice Remove the juice (sugar which hinders fat burning) replace with 14g poly/monunsaturated fat
Meal 5: 8oz Chicken, Tilapia, or Red Meat (Depends on Day), 1/4 cup of brown rice, and 1 cup of greens Is this your pre-workout? If so, increase the carb portion to 1/2 cup
Meal 6: Protein Shake with Amino Acids If this is your PWO meal, have a scoop of whey and aminos right when you finish your workout. Upon getting home, have a small steak or a casein shake with some fish oil before bed. You can't go to sleep on a whey shake alone, you won't be able to take advantage of your anabolic state during sleep and muscle tissue will actually be used to fuel bodily functions. Also, GH release will be inhibited. Big problem.
Bold. Clen isn't a game-changer, just a nice boost. Your diet shouldn't differ from any bodybuilding fat loss diet when off stims. No sugar, no high GI carbs, minimal saturated fat, caloric deficit, cardio, lean protein at every meal, plenty of greens, complex carbs to fuel workouts, etc...

I think you might have to recalc. your TDEE. 3464 is high IMO. If your 195lbs. at 15%

    LBM: 165.75

LBMX1.5= 2486 cals. From there you want to create a deficit whether its from carbs or simpliy burning it off.

Damien has your diet checked, looks good to me. Make sure you get the macros of those meals and don't exceed what you need.

Macros are the nutritional facts for each meal. Calorie/protein/carbs/fat are what you need to look out for. FITDAY is one of many sites that calculate the macros for you. Also 2486 cals is your maintenance, so I would just slowly cut carbs. 500+ calorie deficit is ideal, whether thats from dieting or just burning off the calories.

Hahaha no doubt this sites helpful. That works too, but if your lifting hard and heavy you want energy so, if thats the case you don't want to be depleted to a point you weren't able to finish your workout. Just slowly decrease carbs, so your body adjusts. Make sure your protein intake doesn't go below 180g ( 180g x 4 cals=720 cals)

Not sure if it didn't come across in my thread, or if you missed quoting part of it - but meal 1 also has 1 whole egg - so it's 1 whole, 5 whites. I guess I screwed it up when I wrote it out - but 7.5g fat is accurate for the totals
