ckd diet questions
just wondering on this certain diet about how many grams from carbs are consumed daily? Also how often is a carb up day used? how many carbs? and if a majority of fat 60% is what is consumed. then what kind of Fat? Is HEMP a GREAT, THE BEST SOURCE???

Carbs should not exceed 5% of daily cals intake. Carb day is used once a week or two weeks, depends how fast you want to lose fat. Fats should be from red meat, olive oil, flax seeds oil...

I take in 20 grams of carbs or less a day. The majority of my fat comes from flax and olive oil.

the less carbs you take the better.
some say max 20gr, even at 100gr I still hit keto, but that me.
dont forget, 1.5gr fat for all 1gr of proteins

I did a bnuch of calculations and stuff on a CKD site and the fat to protien ratio was more 1:1 or 1:1.2? Protein slightly higher.

I would suggest under 20 grams of carbs. I usually just have 2 salads a day with good results. As for fats egg yolks, salad dressing, steak or fat in fish, flaxseed oil, natural pb. I carb up 1 day week for best results.
