What do you pack for lunch?

I am on the road most of the day and I find it hard to get the right food I need. I am not really trying to lose weight, but I would like to keep it clean and build muscle. Can someone that packs there meals for the whole day give me some ideas of what you pack for their meals.

6 wholemeal bread rolls with chicken, tuna,or turkey as the filling normally salad as well with no dressing or mayo

200g pasta with chicken tuna and any type of low fat sauce.I also bring to work a chilli or some meal that I have prepared.

    2 banannas 2 oranges 2 kiwi

    4 pints of milk skimmed

That normally lasts me around 8 hrs if I work later I take more to work I would,nt recommend this if you are on a low cal/carb diet as I,m trying to bulk I consume this amount

9 chicken cutlets a day (no bullsh!t) I deplete carbs for 2 days and on the 3rd day carb up in the morning but with good carbs. The way I see it for me anyway, my body still has enough energy for 2 days without carbs to train regular so I can use up whatever I stored & replenish before I loose strength & energy...works for me. BTW the chicken is what I eat during the day, not counting breakfast & dinner & all the protein shakes.

Whole food is the rest of my 7 daily feedings.... except post(I call it feedings because that's what food is to me...don't get me wrong, i make some good food, but all it really is , is fuel for your body)

    My food intake at work:

    9am protein shake/bar, 2 bananas, 500ml skim milk

11am tuna sandwich (ultra lowfat mayo), banana, skim milk

    1pm protein shake

2pm 3 chicken breasts, plate of pasta, mixed veggies, skim milk

    3pm protein shake/bar

4pm tuna sandwich, celery or cucumber slices

I eat a huge breakfast and 2 large meals after work (not too close to bedtime). I drink 1.5-2 gallons of water every day. Sometimes I have another shake before bed, but its expensive enough as it is.
