    Man am I confuzed!!!

I am trying to cut up before I start a cycle. I spent over an hour reading everyones diet and I still cannot come up with one. I started a diet around 3 weeks ago, so far I have lost around 10 pounds. I been at the gym regulary for 3 months and would like to start a cycle by the end of the year. I basically cut out alot of carbs I eat alot of egg whites, chicken, fish and steak. Im obviously not gaining muscle with this diet. What should I do..

Damn this is confusing me. I hate when I dont know if I doin something right or wrong.

Are you trying to gain muscle and cut at the same time?? If so it is very hard if not impossible.

Then don't worry about gaining muscle right now as it will be very hard.

Ok, you posted you are trying to cut and then posted you are trying to gain muscle. First off you need to sit down and decide if you want to lean out or gain size. Doing both IS possible, but it will be a very difficult and LONG road.

then stick to the ckd diet. that will work for you to drop the fat while maintaining your muscles. there is alot of info if you search for ckd diets or go to www.c-k-d.com for more info. good luck.

Bro, you want your cake and to eat it too. You need to pick one and put all your effort into that. It will make things much easier. I suggest losing BF until you are happy. I rather lose weight first then add muscle. Then you don't have to worry about losing that new found muslce.

If you keep up the high protien intake, you should be able to retain the most muscle you have built up. Its very hard to add and cut at the same time. That is who most people first bulk then cut.

I had a typo in the reply What I meant to say was I am trying to cut up and not too worried about gaining muscle at this point.

    Sorry for the confusion.

    general rule for losing fat.

Pick a smart diet and stick to it.

work the cardio, up the protein, lower the carbs and lift smart.
lots and lots of water (no cokes and sodas arent water hehe)

Is Diet Ice Tea ok? Seems pretty good with no fat, carbs and only 70mg sodium.

    For beverages stick with this
    WATER
    unsweetened coffee
    unsweetened tea
    milk(minimum)
    juice(very little to almost none)
At least that's what I do.....no soda's or drinks like them.
